National Adoption Foundation offers grants to adoptive parents on a quarterly basis as well as low interest, unsecured loans and a reduced cost life insurance program.
China Care Foundation offers grants and loans to adoptive parents adopting children from China.

God’s
Grace Adoption Ministry offers adoption grants and adoption
loans. More information can be obtained by calling (209) 572-4539.
Gift of Adoption Fund. Applicants must have an approved home study, demonstrate financial need, and preference will be given to applicants who are experiencing extraordinary hardship (ie.medical special needs on the part of the child and/or situational hardship on the part of the parents or the child). Grants are awarded regardless of marital status, race, creed, or national origin. Grant amounts vary between $2,000-$5,000 and applicants are reviewed and grants awarded monthly. You are allowed to apply for a grant up to 3x's. A one-time $20 application fee is required.
KELA - Adoption grant The Social Insurance Institution of Finland Finnish parents adopting a child from abroad can claim an adoption grant from KELA to offset some of the adoption cost. The adoption grant is a tax-free, one-time payment.
North American Council on Adoptable Children Children with special needs may qualify for an adoption subsidy which is paid to adoptive families to help them pay for their child's need for ongoing therapies or treatment. Adoption subsidy agreements must be negotiated with the placing agency before the child's adoption is finalized.
Shaohannahís Hope is dedicated to caring for orphans by engaging the church and helping Christian families reduce the financial burden of adoption. They accomplish this by awarding financial adoption grants to qualified families already in the process of adopting. The size of the grant awarded is determined by several factors, the most important being need.
The Lives Out Of China Foundation — The mission of The LOOC Foundation is to provide the financial means to fund as many adoptions of abandoned baby girls as possible from the crowded orphanages of China.
Check with your agency. Many adoption agencies offer grants or loans for qualifying parents adopting through their programs.
