National Bank of Canada The National Bankís International Adoption Financial Package offers you a variable rate personal loan at the consumer prime rate + 0.75%. You can repay your loan over a period of up to 15 years and benefit from lower monthly payments. In addition, to reduce your interest charges, your loan can be disbursed gradually over 18 months, as needed.

National Adoption Foundation offers grants to adoptive parents on a quarterly basis as well as low interest, unsecured loans and a reduced cost life insurance program.
